The term “You” or “User” refers to anyone visiting or using this website.
All safari activities are fully managed and regulated by the Kaziranga Forest Department.
Once a booking is confirmed, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Safari zones are allotted by the forest department based on availability and may be changed without prior notice.
Users must ensure that all booking details are entered correctly. Any errors or typos may cause problems during the safari, for which the company will not be responsible.
Confirmation vouchers/invoices are issued after booking. In some cases, this may take up to 24 hours.
If there is any increase in prices by the forest department or hotels without prior notice, the difference must be paid by the customer. Refusal to do so may result in cancellation of the tour.
To secure your reservation, an advance payment of at least 50% of the total cost is mandatory. The remaining 50% must be paid at hotel check-in or before the start of the tour.
In case of technical issues or unavailability, the full safari amount will be refunded.
The company will not be liable for any accidents, theft, or damages occurring during the trip.
Rates may be higher during festivals, peak seasons, or long weekends.
Payments must be made directly to the official company bank account. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, and Bank Transfer.
If a customer pays the advance but refuses to clear the remaining amount, the booking will be cancelled and the advance will be forfeited.
Any disputes or legal issues will be under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only.
