Cancellation Policy

Safari Bookings

  • Payments made for Gypsy Safari and Elephant Safari are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Tour Packages

  1. Cancellation 30 days or more before travel – 10% of the tour cost will be deducted, and 90% will be refunded to the same bank account used for payment.
  2. Cancellation between 29 to 15 days – 30% of the tour cost will be deducted, and 70% will be refunded.
  3. Cancellation between 14 to 7 days – 40% of the tour cost will be deducted, and 60% will be refunded.
  4. Cancellation between 6 to 2 days – 50% of the tour cost will be deducted, and 50% will be refunded.
  5. Cancellation within 48 hours of travel – No refund will be provided.

Limitations & Liabilities

  • Any increase in permit fees, taxes, or charges imposed by the Kaziranga Forest Department will be collected as an additional cost from the traveler.
